The incumbent must have previous Hospitality / Tourism industry ASSET MANAGEMENT exposure.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Asset operations which includes but is not limited to Asset recording & monitoring - vehicle / furniture / fixture / office equipment and Asset Management – External (Scrap / Disposal / Transfer / Asset Tag).

Ensure that all Asset Department activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.

Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the Asset.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Asset Management or equivalent.

Ability to manage multiple locations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team with at least 5 years of experience managing asset.

Exposure to previous Hospitality / Tourism asset management exposure is a prerequisite.
