Job description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality regimented calling on targeted customer to offer repayment assistance.
  • To coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for agreement execution, documents & approvals till credit approval stage.
  • To verify and perform KYC on application information in submitted documents.
  • Monitoring and managing post RA repayment performance of customers.
  • Managing inbound enquiries regarding repayment assistance / variation of agreement.
  • Attending any other duties assigned by superior/HOD from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Baking/ Finance or relevant working experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years and above experience in banking & finance/ customer relationship management.
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel & PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in commanding Large Language Model (LLM) is preferred
