JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process & Procedure Development
  
  

Create and maintain SOPs, maintenance work instructions, and engineering documentation in coordination with the maintenance team.

• CMMS Integration Ensure all documentation and data are accurately reflected in the CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent), and support ongoing system improvements.
• Spare Parts & Asset Data Management Maintain and update master data for spare parts and physical assets, ensuring information such as specifications, usage, and criticality are accurate and up to date.
• On-Site Maintenance Support Participate in on-site troubleshooting during major breakdowns or system failures. Support root cause investigations and ensure findings are captured in procedural updates.
• Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze CMMS data to track maintenance trends, downtime, and reliability KPIs. Provide insights and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in maintenance engineering, asset management, or technical documentation roles.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Solid data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, CMMS dashboards; Power BI is a plus).
• Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and departments.
