What You'll Do- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Maintain close and tailored communication with customers at all touchpoints.
- Think strategically and take effective actions to drive demand and create opportunities for potential customers to experience Tesla products.
- Lead by example, acting as a role model and a source of excellence within the team.
- Be proactive and solutions-oriented, striving for continuous improvement.
- Promote market presence through all point of sale activities.
- Maintain a high level of inbound and outbound activity to develop and sustain the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with stakeholders and the team to achieve sales and delivery targets, identifying and resolving barriers.
- Manage sales administrative duties, including contract completion, finance, and system updates, while effectively managing outbound activities and reporting.
- Ensure fleet readiness and resource availability at all times.
- Prepare customer vehicles in advance of delivery appointments and perform direct deliveries as needed.
- Educate and inform customers about Tesla at every opportunity.
- Engage in market expansion activities and identify emerging opportunities in retail and infrastructure sectors.
- Support store activities and collaborate on market-wide events and roadshows.
