As an Asset Lite team member, you will support local and regional efforts to generate leads, drive demand, and serve as a point of contact for sales activities. Through varied outreach efforts and entrepreneurial initiatives, you will help enable the market to achieve KPIs while ensuring excellent customer service. You will demonstrate relentless determination to succeed, driven by shared success and Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
You will be part of a larger sales team working closely and flexibly on all tasks, cooperating frequently with a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
Responsibilities
- Offer excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Ensure close and tailored communication with customers at all touchpoints.
- Think strategically and provide effective actions to drive demand and create opportunities for potential customers to experience Tesla products.
- Act as a role model and a source of excellence within the team, leading by example.
- Be a self-starter, offering solutions and striving towards continuous improvement.
- Enable market presence through all points of sale activities.
- Maintain a high level of inbound and outbound activity to develop and sustain the sales pipeline.
- Drive sales and delivery targets by working closely with stakeholders and the team to identify barriers and offer solutions.
- Manage sales administrative duties, including contract completion, finance, and system updates, as well as outbound activities and reporting.
- Ensure fleet vehicles are ready at all times and have an overview of available resources.
- Prepare customer vehicles in advance of delivery appointments and perform direct deliveries.
- Inform and educate customers about Tesla at every opportunity.
- Engage in market expansion activities and identify emerging opportunities in retail and infrastructure sectors.
- Support store activities and collaborate on market-wide initiatives and road shows.

- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Confident in engaging in meaningful conversations to inform, educate, and influence customers.
- Proven sales savvy with a track record of independence and proactive pursuit of sales opportunities.
