Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore asset integrity, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Professional certification in RBI, FFS, or NDT is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in RBI and pipeline integrity.

  • Lead the development and implementation of Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS).
  • Ensure compliance with TotalEnergies standards and statutory requirements.

Are you a seasoned integrity professional passionate about ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant offshore operations?

We are looking for a highly experienced Asset Integrity Lead to join our team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This strategic role is essential in safeguarding the technical integrity of our offshore assets through robust inspection, maintenance, and risk management programs.

Activities

Your Impact

As a key member of the HSSE & Sustainability team, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS), including RBI, CMP, PIMS, STIMS, WIMS, and lifting integrity systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with TotalEnergies standards, OSRMS, OSHA, PETRONAS MPM, DOSH, and other statutory requirements.
  • Define and monitor Asset Integrity KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as focal point for integrity audits, investigations, and regulatory engagements.
  • Oversee SECE barrier management, integrity risk assessments, and anomaly investigations.
  • Drive data analytics and digital solutions for integrity decision-making and reporting.
  • Manage MoC processes related to asset integrity and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Represent TotalEnergies in industry forums and regulatory discussions.
Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Corrosion, or related discipline).
  • Professional certification in RBI, FFS, or NDT is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore asset integrity, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Strong expertise in RBI, corrosion management, and pipeline integrity.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and audit management.
  • Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, DNV, NACE).
  • Proficient in SAP and integrity data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
