Job description

Factory financial analyst is responsible for supporting the cost team manager in all aspects of finance including working with different stakeholders, not limited to ATKL, and establishing a business partnership with the factory operations team in monthly financial planning & analysis, reporting, cost & variance analysis, as well as internal control on cost & inventory.

• Factory spending RFF (Rolling Financial Forecast), actual costs controlling and analysis.
• Yield analysis from standard setup, RFF forecast to actual performance analysis.
• Support the P&B (Planning & Budget) cycle and standard cost setup.
• Month-end closing & SOX internal control.
• Support unit cost analysis on CPP/CPH for factory to drive improvement actions.
• Inventory obsolescence review.
• Collaboration with factory stakeholders to support and drive plant-wide continuous improvement programs for cost reductions.

• Process improvement on benchmarking, standardization, and automation.
• Engineering development time charge-out calculation & analysis.
• Support modeling of financial returns for proposed Capital Expenditure Asset Requisitions (ARs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent with primary focus in Accounting. 2+ years of experience in finance or cost accounting. CPA firm experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and system knowledge in SAP / Product Costing & Analysis. Experience with report automation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both writing & verbal and proven problem-solving skills.
• Numeracy-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Self-directed; able to influence/manage across all levels of the organization both inside & outside of A&T.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments & requirements, meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
