Jora Malaysia seeks an Assembly Technician (Electrical) based in Pasir Gudang to perform electrical assembly and wiring of machine parts, sub-assemblies, and control systems per drawings and SOPs.
Responsibilities include assembling panels, routing cables, installing components, and performing basic testing with standard instruments, while following safety procedures and supporting QA/QC activities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

On top of the basic salary, we also provide various allowances to make sure that you are well compensated, such as:
Perform electrical assembly and wiring of machine parts, sub-assemblies, and control systems based on drawings, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
Assemble electrical panels, junction boxes, terminal blocks, and wiring harnesses.
Prepare and install cables (cutting, stripping, crimping, ferruling, labelling) using appropriate tools.
Route and terminate cables neatly using conduits, cable trays, trunking, and cable ties.
Install electrical components such as sensors, switches, relays, motors, actuators, contactors, and control devices.
Conduct basic functional, continuity, and wiring checks using electrical measuring instruments.
Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and support corrective actions when required.
Assist QA/QC activities, inspection rework, and final preparation prior to delivery.
Follow electrical safety procedures, LOTO requirements, and maintain good housekeeping.
Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
Experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Hands-on experience in electrical assembly, wiring, panel building, and cable termination.
Familiar with electrical tools for cutting, stripping, crimping, and ferruling.
Able to use basic electrical testing equipment (multimeter, clamp meter, continuity tester, etc.)
Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and industrial safety practices.
Willing to work in production floor environment.
