Responsibilities

• Assemble products or components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Fabricate and assemble sub-assemblies as required, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered
• Report any defects, non‑conformances, or quality concerns to management, and suggest improvements as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with other assembly technicians, engineers, and production staff to coordinate assembly activities and address any issues.
• Provide guidance and support to new or less experienced assembly technicians.
• Participate in training programs to improve skills and stay updated on new technologies and techniques related to assembly.
