We're looking for a hands-on team player to assemble and test machines, ensure quality, meet production goals, support workflow, uphold 5S & safety standards, and collaborate across departments to keep operations running smoothly.

What a typical day looks like:

Assemble mechanical and electrical components to build machines according to specifications.

Conduct final assembly, test runs, and troubleshooting to ensure performance meets customer requirements.

Perform quality checks and adjustments, documenting results on inspection checklists.

Meet monthly production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Minimize assembly rejection rates and ensure compliance with production schedules.

Inspect incoming materials before assembly to maintain quality standards.

Support production efficiency by assisting supervisors in optimizing productivity and workflow.

Collaborate with sub-assembly teams and provide support to other departments when needed.

Participate in quality, process, team, and safety training.

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and uphold 5S principles.

Ensure workplace safety and proper handling of machinery, equipment, and property.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head.

Expected skills needed:

Education: Minimum qualification of SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience: No prior experience required—fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

Mail order: Couriers for your online orders stop many times, many hands touch the box. We make sure nobody takes something out until your door;

Flat screens: Big, heavy, expensive electronics, protected by Styrofoam but only if the box holds together. We strap it tight without breaking any glass
