Job Description:
- Participate in the commissioning of assembly equipment, formulate annual maintenance plans, and track the implementation status of maintenance schedules;
- Responsible for external coordination regarding technical issues of assembly equipment, manage the requisition and tracking of external components, update and share the inventory of critical equipment spare parts monthly;
- Engage in troubleshooting operational issues with assembly equipment and identify root causes of problems;
- Report factual information to superiors, resolve subordinate disputes promptly, address issues immediately or escalate them with proposed rationalization suggestions;
- Assist relevant departments in organizing pre-employment and on-the-job training programs, and conduct performance evaluations for assigned employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in Automation/Assembly management
- Master the control points and key points during equipment operation, and possess the ability to accurately analyze and resolve equipment malfunctions;
- Capable of revising operational manuals, maintenance manuals, and related documentation based on equipment performance and operating conditions;
- Familiar with the laws, regulations, government policies, and standards and specifications that the company's products are adapted to;
- Good organizational coordination, judgment, communication, planning and execution skills;
- Excellent ability to promote improvement projects;
- Hardworking, responsible, and no bad record.
