Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly planning in cooperation with product management & sales for pre-production of assembly units & machines
• Cooperation with R&D to advance product improvements, arrangements, and the release of new/changed building groups
• Arrangement of purchase and manufacturing parts related to the product
• Calculation of machines and building groups with value definition in the system
• Team management involving vacation planning, organizing assembly teams, defining operational sequences, instructing, motivating, controlling co-workers, and evaluation
• Planning and implementing strategy
• Creating and implementing best practices for department vision, strategy, processes, and procedures to improve business performance
• Ensuring department strategies and processes meet business objectives and operational needs regarding price, quality, and delivery targets

Position-specific Tasks

• Ensuring timely delivery of machine parts according to assembly and market needs
• Driving continuous improvements with the local management team and counterparts at German HQ
