Assembly Process Design: Design, implement, and optimize the assembly process for printers and plastic components to ensure efficiency and quality.

Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to assembly teams, ensuring proper assembly techniques and troubleshooting are followed.

Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve assembly procedures to enhance productivity, reduce defects, and minimize waste.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality control processes during assembly, ensuring that products meet the required specifications and industry standards.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues related to assembly equipment, machinery, and materials.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear records of assembly processes, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting actions, and quality inspections.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure all assembly activities adhere to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in assembly engineering or a related field, ideally within the printer or precision manufacturing industries.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, precision engineering, and machinery used in the assembly of complex products.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions to improve assembly efficiency and product quality.
