Job Description:
- Participate in the commissioning of assembly equipment and execute equipment maintenance plans;
- Engage in troubleshooting operational issues with assembly equipment;
- Analyze and monitor equipment operating status, proposing rational improvement recommendations;
- Report factual information to superiors, resolve subordinate disputes promptly, address issues immediately or escalate them with proposed rationalization suggestions;
- Assist relevant departments in organizing pre-employment and on-the-job training programs.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above
- More than 3 years of work experience in the Automation/Assembly industry
- Familiar with the structure, operating procedures, and maintenance requirements of assembly equipment;
- Good organizational coordination, judgment, communication, planning and execution skills;
- Familiar with product process validation, new product validation process and methods;
- Hardworking, responsible, and no bad record.
