Work with project teams to deliver projects according to agreed commitments and contribute to the planning and execution of manufacturing start-up and product transfer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project plans, reviews, management deliverables, and training.
• Promote communication between project teams and across functions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical team leaders, and team members to meet project needs.
• Develop meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Manage forums for project management and technical teams to share best practices and resolve issues.
• Support effective meetings, presentations, conflict resolution, resource allocation, and process initiatives.
• Establish a continuous improvement environment aligned with BSC’s Quality policies and regulations.
• Ensure employees are trained and training is documented.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required; certification in PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Skills in project management, communication, financial acumen, NPI, and international transfers are advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively.
