Purpose Statement

Work with project teams to deliver projects according to agreed commitments and contribute to the planning and execution of manufacturing start-up and product transfer projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate project plans, reviews, management deliverables, and training.
• Promote communication between project teams and cross-functional organizations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical team leaders, and team members to meet project needs.
• Develop meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Manage forums for project management and technical teams to share best practices and resolve issues.
• Assist with meetings, presentations, conflict resolution, resource allocation, and understanding process deliverables.
• Support a work environment of continuous improvement aligned with BSC’s Quality policies and regulations.
• Ensure employees are trained and training is documented.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with certifications in PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
