About the role

Join the dynamic team at CHAR KUE TIAU OYSTER TABASCO' as an Assistant Human Resource. This full-time position is based in Wakaf Che Yeh Kelantan and will play a vital role in supporting the company's HR initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experience.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures and processes
• Provide support for employee onboarding, training and development
• Maintain employee records and files in a confidential and organised manner
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related needs
• Contribute to the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
• Assist with employee relations and address inquiries in a timely manner
• Participate in the recruitment and selection process as needed
• Support the HR team in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting/HR services industry
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to maintain HR-related databases and records
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of applicable HR laws, regulations and best practices
