Role Brief
Toll manages and delivers case management and a range of services on behalf of the Australian Department of Home Affairs to support Refugees and Humanitarian Visa Clients with medical assessments and travel arrangements to Australia.
Role Overview
As the Supply Chain Manager for the Asia region, you will manage the strategic and operational supply chain functions to ensure efficiency, safety, and effectiveness, creating an agile, customer-focused, and sustainable operating model tailored to our customers' needs. You will support the Regional Manager in overseeing business outcomes, facilities, and staffing, with direct line management of logistics professionals supporting operations in India, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Responsibilities
Suppliers
- Partner with subcontractors to ensure high service standards and contractual compliance.
- Address the specific needs of Refugee and Humanitarian Visa applicants in service delivery.
- Ensure safety and security in Transit Services.
- Develop and monitor supply chain performance frameworks and strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve productivity and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on supply chain industry practices.
- Monitor remote service delivery and address delays in medical appointments.
- Identify and source new suppliers as needed.
Stakeholders
- Support the Regional Manager in developing strong relationships with regional stakeholders in a culturally diverse environment.
Toll Group Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills Needed
Knowledge/Experience
- Understanding of supply chain fundamentals, purchasing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing supply chain and logistics strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Business acumen, financial understanding, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Awareness of political and religious sensitivities in the region.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Move Maestro, and TRAC.
Qualifications
- Desirable: Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business, or leadership.
- Working with Children Credentials (Australian citizens).
- Criminal Records Check(s) for recent residences and citizenships.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally within the region.
