AXA Group Operations seeks a Security Operations Country Lead to oversee security operations across Asia and International Markets. You will connect global cyber defence capabilities with regional priorities, translating strategy into resilient operational outcomes.

You will combine hands-on security expertise with senior stakeholder leadership to prevent, manage, and learn from cyber incidents while continuously improving services.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive background in IT and security with leadership in security operations.
• Experience aligning security initiatives with business priorities and risk posture.
• Proven ability to drive incident response and program maturity.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day security operations and strengthen the first line of defence.
• Coordinate end-to-end cybersecurity incident management and requests.
• Direct incident response from detection to recovery and lessons learned.
• Improve security across infrastructure, networks, applications, cloud, data and access.
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation programs.
• Ensure security tools cover in-scope assets and provide metrics.
• Advise senior stakeholders on priorities and response options.
• Partner with regional and local security leaders and external providers.
• Contribute to global programmes and champion a practical security culture.
