Job Description

This role involves managing regulatory and raw material data for our products, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and supporting internal systems and processes to maintain regulatory standards.

Primary Duties
  1. Manage AP requests related to raw materials and ingredient pools.
  2. Create, update, and maintain information on substances, raw materials, and ingredient pools.
  3. Coordinate data collection from raw material suppliers to support compliance with global regulations.
  4. Monitor and interpret global regulations impacting substances, raw materials, formulated materials, customer applications, and end-use products.
  5. Support the management of internal product lifecycle systems to ensure regulatory compliance during updates and maintenance.
  6. Report industry and government news relevant to chemical regulations and application trends to business and technology teams.
  7. Build collaborative relationships with Global Regulatory, R&D, Sourcing, and EHS colleagues.
  8. Develop efficient data management processes to enhance response times to regulatory requests.
  9. Manage Regulatory holds within the AP region.
  10. Support SAP system implementations and dual data maintenance.
  11. Align with process objectives, analyze KPIs, and implement actions to meet goals.
  12. Adhere to H.B. Fuller's Ethics, Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment policies.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or university degree in Science, Engineering, or a health-related field with a chemistry foundation, plus 2-5 years of related work experience.
