Job description

Asia Pacific Cross-Border Trade Solution Senior Manager

Collaborate with business and operations teams to build end-to-end solutions for:

High-tech Import: Manage bonded warehouse flows and compliance for imported chips, semiconductors, LCDs.

Chinese Brand Outbound Expansion: Design outbound logistics and after-sales support in overseas markets for mobile phones, appliances, EV components.

Platform E-Commerce Export: Provide scalable warehouse and shipping models for sellers on global platforms (e.g., Temu, Amazon).

Southeast Asian Agricultural Export: Structure cold chain solutions, customs flow, and export services for tropical fruits, frozen poultry, and plantation products.

Align solutions with regulatory requirements (e.g., RCEP, China-ASEAN FTA, CPTPP).

Work with WMS, TMS, and OMS teams to digitize and automate supply chain solutions.

Analyze costs, time efficiency, and risk for each route or trade model.

Assist in client proposal development and technical presentations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or Engineering.

5+ years of experience in trade solution design or operations in Asia-Pacific.

Familiar with bonded zone logistics, cross-border customs policies, and platform shipping models.

Industry experience in one or more: electronics, EVs, agricultural exports, smart home appliances.

Fluent in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Detail-oriented, data-driven, with strong project coordination ability.
