Job summary

A leading medical technology company is seeking a Regional Service Engineer in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical repair, maintenance, and installation of radiography systems. They will also provide technical support and act as the technical manager on service issues. A degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Biomedical with a focus on medical instrumentation is required. Candidates should possess excellent technical skills, QA testing abilities, and a radiation certificate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation or Biomedical with specialization in Medical Instrumentation and Imaging.
• Working knowledge on computer hardware components and basic computer programming.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical repair, maintenance and installation of Direct Radiography and Computed Radiography systems.
• Provide technical support to hospitals and diagnostic centers.
• Act as the technical manager for service issues on behalf of Agfa Malaysia.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on medical devices.
