Senior Manager - Supply Chain Technology & Operations Excellence

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: + MYR 35,000 per month

Are you passionate about operational excellence, customer success, and growth in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries? We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives where customer engagement, operations transformation, and business development take center stage.

Important: To succeed in this role, you MUST come from a supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding background.

This is NOT a pure IT role — it's 80% operations, strategy, and customer leadership and 20% technology enablement (such as WMS and integrations).

As the face of our operations and technology transformation across Southeast Asia, you'll drive real impact, helping major supply chain clients realize greater value, efficiency, and growth.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a key customer-facing leader — driving operational excellence, service quality, and strategic growth across logistics and freight networks.
• Partner closely with supply chain stakeholders to implement transformative initiatives that enhance warehousing, freight operations, and last-mile delivery.
• Champion customer relationships by aligning global capabilities with local operational needs, ensuring maximum adoption and satisfaction.
• Oversee the implementation and operational integration of WMS systems and other enabling technologies — always with an operations-first mindset.
• Lead operational project delivery for key regional initiatives including DC (distribution center) expansions, integrations, and new customer onboarding.
• Be the "voice of the customer" internally while promoting the value of technology-enabled operations externally.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, freight forwarding, 3PL, or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, freight processes, supply chain systems, and customer demands.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills: you know how to build trust, influence outcomes, and deliver business value.
• Experience driving operational improvements through technology (WMS, integrations, dashboards) — but always putting operations and customer impact first.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate regional growth strategies into operational actions.
• A flexible, hands-on leader who can zoom in and out — from strategic planning to operational execution.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
