Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote Islamic financial products and grow the customer base. You will build trusted relationships with clients and deliver financial solutions that meet needs.

You will engage in cross-selling, participate in roadshows and telemarketing, and guide customers through the application process, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Management.
• PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, and FIMM/IPPC certifications as applicable to license requirements.
• Min 2 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote ASB financing to new and existing customers to drive sales.
• Cross-sell personal loans and credit cards to increase product holding.
• Participate in roadshows, corporate visits, and telemarketing to generate leads.
• Assist customers with filling out forms and income documents.
• Explain product features, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Grow Islamic banking products through relationship management and new-to-bank clients.
• Adhere to SOPs and risk controls in all transactions.
