You will design, develop AI models, codes, verify, test, document, amend, and re-factor complex programs/scripts and integration software services. You will contribute to selecting appropriate software development approaches for projects, whether predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (agile). You will apply standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes, participate in reviews of your own work, and lead reviews of colleagues’ work. You will implement AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction. Collaboration across teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals is essential.

Having a background in IT and Agile development methodology is essential for this position.

AI Software Engineer Specialism:

This role requires maintaining knowledge of specific technical specialisms, providing detailed advice regarding their application, and executing specialized tasks. The specialization includes, but is not limited to:

• Developing high-quality software with passion.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Inquisitive and analytical mindset.
• Staying current with AI trends and suggesting improvements.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI models and use cases.
• Basic knowledge of Software Development Methodologies and DevSecOps processes and tools.

What we are looking for:

As an AI Software Engineer, experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Strong knowledge of Python, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI models, and enterprise application development covering the entire End-to-End process—from requirement gathering to implementation—is essential.

You should have a good understanding of business requirement harvesting, gathering, solutioning, and possess strong communication skills. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload under pressure is important. Working in a multinational environment, proficiency in spoken and written English is highly beneficial.
