Job description

We're on the lookout for an Art Director / Senior Graphic Designer to bring Pixlr's brand vision to life across all digital and print media. In this role, you'll craft innovative designs for internal communications, amplify our brand’s visual identity, and ensure all outputs are on-brand and impactful. If you're a design enthusiast with a knack for strategic thinking and creativity, this is your chance to make a significant impact at Pixlr.

The Job:

  1. Develop creative and original designs for Pixlr group brands, focusing on internal communication materials in both digital and printed formats, as well as BTL marketing materials.
  2. Assist in designing and developing templates and elements that enhance the brand’s visual language.
  3. Efficiently use the Pixlr group’s online editing tools (Pixlr, Designs.ai, Vectr) as the primary medium for creating quality output designs.
  4. Conceptualize and implement visually compelling design ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message and identity.
  5. Ensure all design outputs consistently and accurately reflect the brand identity and ethos.
  6. Write and integrate cohesive, brand-aligned copy into design elements, ensuring a harmonious blend of text and visuals.
  7. Oversee and strategically plan content projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and high-quality execution.
  8. Manage and streamline the Content Management System for efficient content handling and organization.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.
  10. Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI tools, integrating relevant advancements into work.

The Person:

  1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in visual design, marketing communications, or similar roles.
  3. Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing projects.
  4. Understanding of marketing strategies and how visual elements support them.
  5. Proficient in graphic design software.
  6. Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
  7. Understanding of branding principles and visual identity systems.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  9. Strong project management skills, including budgeting and timeline management.
  10. Good command of English (written and verbal).
  11. Excellent communication skills.
  12. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
