Overview

We’re looking for someone with strong visual instincts, high design standards, and a sharp eye for detail — someone who can craft key visuals that make people stop scrolling, shape brand identities that last, and bring fresh ideas to every campaign.

You’ll help define the visual standard of our team, working alongside passionate creatives under the guidance of the Head of Creative. If you take pride in your craft and want to build a portfolio that stands out — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Craft visually striking key visuals, campaign layouts, and brand systems across social, digital, and print
• Lead art direction from concept to execution with an emphasis on strong design thinking
• Maintain and elevate visual consistency and creative quality across projects
• Contribute to conceptual development, layout systems, and overall campaign aesthetics
• Stay on top of visual trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in creative, branding, or advertising agencies
• A strong portfolio that showcases refined layouts, impactful visuals, and thoughtful design direction
• Excellent grasp of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Bonus: Skills in photography, video editing, or 3D animation
• Bonus: Interest in AI tools or new design technology
• A team-first mindset with strong creative ownership and accountability
