Job description

We are looking for an Art Director with strong conceptual and design expertise to lead and elevate our creative output. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing visually compelling campaigns, presentations, and brand storytelling while guiding the design team to ensure high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns across various media, including:
  2. Digital (website, social media, online ads)
  3. Print (brochures, magazines, newspapers)
  4. Video (storyboards, concept art)
  5. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account management teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  6. Ensure all designs align with brand identity, marketing objectives, and client expectations.
  7. Provide art direction and constructive feedback on visual assets, layouts, and illustrations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive creative excellence.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or brand marketing environment.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and pitch work.
  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects are mandatory).
  4. Excellent conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
  5. Experience in guiding and mentoring design teams.
  6. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
