AREA SUPERVISOR/AREA MANAGER - JOHOR

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure region sales targets, customer service standards, and operational efficiency are met.
2. Oversee and manage operations across retail outlets in Johor Bahru/ Johor.
3. Supervise store managers and provide guidance on daily operations.
4. Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to company policies.

Main tasks:

1. Increase sales performance through better store management.
2. Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and staff performance.
3. Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising standards.
4. Implement strategies to improve customer service and store efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, promotions, and visual merchandising guidelines.
6. Handle staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and training programs.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role (min 5 years), preferably in the fashion retail industry.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications and data analysis.
5. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
6. Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
7. Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
