We are seeking a Area Senior Brand Manager to drive growth for the Panadol brand in Southeast Asia and Taiwan (SEAT) region. The role involves building strategic alliances, implementing brand activation plans considering local regulations, prioritizing innovation pipelines, and working with cross-functional teams to explore claim upgrades to deliver topline and bottom-line results. The position can be based in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, or Vietnam, with relocation support if needed.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Portfolio and Brand Development
  2. Leveraging growth drivers to assess and identify future growth opportunities and develop long-term innovation strategies.
  3. Influencing global innovation streams and defining rollout timelines.
  4. Leading geo-expansion projects for the OTC SEAT Business unit.
  5. Feeding regional insights into category strategies and tailoring tools for diverse markets.
  6. Managing complexities related to consumer insights, regulatory requirements, and product development in various markets.
  7. Developing consumer insights and applying them across marketing strategies, including product concepts, claims, and packaging.
  8. Leading brand activation strategies and their implementation across multiple countries.
  9. Driving portfolio, advertising, and promotional spend to meet business and financial objectives.
  10. Ensuring seamless execution of in-market launches across geographies and functions.
  11. Maintaining consistency in global brand identity and visual language while ensuring relevance to local markets.

The requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 to 10 years of marketing experience, including brand, portfolio, NPD, communication, and P&L management
  • Strong data analysis and insight generation skills
  • OTC experience and regional leadership experience are a plus

Preferred characteristics include leadership in data analysis, project management, cross-functional collaboration, innovation experience, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. A good business acumen and understanding of Haleon’s OTC strategy are advantageous. The ability to adapt quickly, demonstrate a growth mindset, and work collaboratively are essential.
