A leading company in the gaming industry is seeking a dynamic individual to monitor and enhance the operations of agent outlets. This role involves coaching agents to meet performance objectives, maintaining strong business relationships, and conducting field visits. Candidates should possess a degree in business administration, have leadership experience, and be proficient in communicating effectively with a diverse clientele.

Monitor business operations of agent outlets and ensure compliance of company policies and operating procedures.
Motivate and coach agents and their front-line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance.
Develop and maintain good business relationship with agents and customers.
Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather market intelligence.
Prepare sales and inventory reports.
Perform any other tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably in sales operations.
Possess strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good command of Malay, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Independent, multi-tasking and able to work on weekends.
Able to work collaboratively across function and organisational level.
Possess own transport, familiar with and able to travel to local areas (Lundu, Sri Aman, Serian, Kota Samarahan and etc).
