Job Description

  • Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with sales strategy and brand objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and craft localized strategies to grow market share.
  • Drive category growth and availability across trade channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distributor Sales Representatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, field coaching, and training to build commercial capability.
  • Manage and grow strong business relationships with distributors and key customers.
  • Monitor and optimize distributor performance (coverage, ROI, inventory, execution standards).
  • Lead monthly distributor performance reviews and implement joint business plans (JBP).
  • Monitor trade spend efficiency and ensure effective use of promotional budgets.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional role.
