Job Summary

To support Sales & Distribution in assigned areas with KPIs on sales targets.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Work closely with distributors in managing dealers’ portfolios by providing system support, including network, creation, modification, and termination.
  • Provide trade marketing support, including events, signage, POSM, and pyramid performance.
  • Plan, lead, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotion plans, seeking new opportunities to expand UM touchpoints & pyramids.
  • Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
  • Ensure proper training and knowledge on:

➢ System: Genuine and accurate activations through control systems and system knowledge.

➢ Product: Full range of products.

➢ How to Sell: Accurate and correct information given.

➢ Incentives / Pyramid: Proper guidance in building loyalty.

➢ POSM: Latest & up-to-date POSM.

  • Monitor market movement through market intelligence.
  • Drive and coach Product Specialists / Sales Teams to meet sales targets in designated areas / territories, and monitor their performance.
  • Proactively manage inter-department requirements and communication to meet sales objectives and optimize support resources.

About You

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Aggressive and target-driven.
  • At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG-related environments, with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management.
  • Sales-driven with a good track record.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
