Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain existing account base and identify new growth opportunities within the assigned sector to expand market coverage and penetration.
  2. Assist in implementing and monitoring the marketing plan; conduct market surveys to evaluate market conditions and formulate strategies to maximize sales.
  3. Participate in preparing and executing the annual budget for the area.
  4. Identify and report potential sales growth opportunities and factors affecting local marketing plans.
  5. Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business with potential customers.
  7. Utilize Brenntag Sales Process and maintain Customer Relationship Management database (Sales Force); complete all reporting requirements.
  8. Conduct all activities in accordance with health, safety, quality, and environmental policies.
  9. Achieve or surpass sales and margin targets while managing expenses within budget.
  10. Develop high-value accounts through product selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing strategies.
