About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in Terengganu. The successful candidate will support sales and distribution efforts, manage dealer portfolios, develop sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve sales targets for prepaid and postpaid products.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales and distribution in assigned areas with KPIs on sales targets.
  • Work closely with distributors to manage dealer portfolios, including system support such as network, creation, modification, and termination.
  • Plan, lead, and monitor sales strategies and promotional plans, seeking new opportunities to expand touchpoints and sales pyramid.
  • Enhance dealer loyalty through activations and training on systems, products, sales techniques, incentives, POSM, and market intelligence.
  • Drive and coach sales team members to meet sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize support resources.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco or FMCG, with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management.
  • Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Own transport and valid driving license; willingness to travel.
