Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management of the sales channels included existing channels and new channels development
- Participated in the assigned activities for the marketing plan and market development
- Identifies new business possibilities and maximizes the potential with customers
- Ensures that payments from the customer are received by the terms of the contract
- Ensures that the sales proposals submitted are followed up and agreements are signed when appropriate and that they are by established requirements, terms & conditions, and company’s legal compliance.
- Ensure all sales activities follow with company’s compliance and code of conduct. Aligned with country’s strategy and report platform requirement
- Updates latest market information and document in the system (eg. SalesForce).
- Acts as marketer/salesperson/spokesperson of KUKA’s products and systems.
- Identifies new business possibilities and maximizes the potential with customers.
- Charts out and monitors sales proposals and tenders (eg. quantity, margin, product/system), and follows up statistics concerning sales proposals.
- Fulfils the expected number of customer visits as agreed and ensures that the customer database is constantly updated.
- Ensures that deliveries of products (goods and services) are implemented on time.
- Organizes and coordinates post-sales marketing activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
- Experience in automation, industrial machinery, and robotic sales.
- Knowledge in robotic applications or other automated systems is an added advantage.
- Min 3 years (s) of working experience specializing in industrial machinery, automation, robotics engineering, or in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to travel within short notice.
