Required Experience
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales—either face-to-face or tele sales—with strong business acumen, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience in technical systems such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and drive performance for existing distributors and contribute to overall team performance.
  2. Support distributors' key accounts and engage all functions to help deliver the Trade Value Proposition.
  3. Implement marketing programs and materials to enhance value for the company and distributors through trade programs.
  4. Support, coach, motivate, and develop distributor staff to improve capabilities.
  5. Provide on-the-job training and coaching for new DSRs on sales excellence competencies and ensure the effective execution of trade campaigns.
  6. Participate in customer negotiations to secure new or ongoing sales.
  7. Act as the primary contact for processing customer orders efficiently and handle queries or complaints.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in B2B face-to-face or tele sales.
  • Proficiency in technical systems such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts effectively.
