Job description

1. Responsibilities

1. To plan and manage team performance in order to achieve sales and collection target.
2. To promote and recommend new products/agencies with strong penetration to trade.
3. To provide good service and maintain customer relationships.
4. To co-operate with product suppliers, manufacturers, and/or Principals.
5. To evaluate and identify new potential channels/clients.
6. To ensure staff comply with Company rules and regulations.
7. To ensure all documents are submitted on time.
8. To supervise and motivate staff in order to achieve Company goals and objectives.
9. To take immediate corrective action when staff deviate from policies and procedures.
10. To provide training to new recruits.

2. Qualification / Experience Requirement

1. Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years and above of working experience in FMCG industry.
3. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Good interpersonal sales and communication skills.
5. Good in leadership, training, coaching, and motivation skills.
6. Good understanding of market trends.
7. Proficient in Excel/Presentation for business review to company and customer.
