Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Increase the sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more customers.
  • Acquire new distributors of Big Installer or Big Distributor through competitions.
  • Build trust among new and existing distributors by engaging with them regularly.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail shops/dealers/distributors daily (target of 10 visits) to inform them about Loom Solar products and offerings.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective customers/dealers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads for the dealer network to increase sales.
  • Negotiate with dealers to sell our products when competitors offer similar prices.
  • Prepare quotations and share them with dealers based on their order requirements.
  • Maintain records of all visits and update in the company's sales application.
  • Respond promptly to dealer calls and inquiries.
  • Ensure Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel compared to competitors.
  • Maintain a stock inventory of 30 days with channel partners.
  • Monitor stock movement and secondary/tertiary sales at the distributor and dealer levels.
  • Organize distributor/dealer meetings and training programs.
