Your role

You will oversee the distributors within the assigned region to align with business strategies and meet targets. Additionally, you will also develop trade-specific strategies, plan distribution routes, drive shipments and market sales, explore new opportunities, manage trade spend effectively, and coach distributors team to ensure outstanding trade execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling service outlet, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Skilled in managing operations across South Malaysia
  • Experienced in driving change and building brands with an entrepreneurial mindset
