Company Overview

Our client is a well-known Over-The-Counter healthcare products manufacturer from Japan. They are currently expanding and looking to hire experienced sales executive (general trade) for southern region (Johor and Malacca).

Job Responsibilities

• Location: Home base in Johor or Malacca

• Manage the overall sales performance for General Trade within assigned areas, ensuring profitability and growth.

• Oversee Modern Trade operations with effective deployment of promotion activities.

• Perform territory and sales analyses, assessing the results, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

• Manage and provide training.

• Study current market trends on products, gathering feedback from customers.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business studies, marketing or related field.

• 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing in FMCG preferably in healthcare product.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possesses own transport and keen to travel.

• Home base in Johor or Malacca with occasional travel to HQ (KL).
