Area Manager Trainee (East & West Malaysia)

Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.

Training store managers in effective sales and supervisory techniques.

Design and jointly complete marketing activities for customers to increase franchise store sales.

Collaborating with other colleagues to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.

Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.

At least STPM / Diploma qualification in any discipline.

Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive mindset.

Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
