Area Manager Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.
• Training store managers in effective sales and supervisory techniques.
• Design and jointly complete marketing activities for customers to increase franchise store sales.
• Collaborating with other colleagues to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.
• Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least STPM / Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
