A leading company in health and wellness is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to oversee daily operations and sales across multiple retail outlets. The successful candidate will lead store teams, ensure compliance with operational standards, and achieve sales goals. We are looking for a hands-on and driven Assistant Area Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales performance of several assigned retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store teams, recruitment, operations, and ensuring each outlet achieves its sales and service goals.
Manage the daily operations of several assigned retail outlets.
Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor and enforce compliance with company SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
Track and analyze sales performance; identify issues and implement improvement plans.
Conduct regular store visits to review operations, staff performance, and customer service.
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding store staff for assigned outlets.
Train and develop team members to maintain high performance and low turnover.
Ensure promotional activities are executed properly at each store level.
Other Ad-hoc assignments
At least 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or multi-outlet leadership role.
Proven ability to lead teams and take ownership of outlet performance and staffing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage frontline staff effectively.
Strong track record of success within prior experience in a sales role
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Able to travel regularly between outlets.
