Area Manager - Southern Region (Johor & Melaka)

Oversee the opening of new restaurants and the performance of existing restaurants within the assigned area. Achieve restaurant team KPIs in people development, customer satisfaction, sales targets, profit & loss targets, etc.

Motivate and support the Restaurant Management Team with staffing, stock management, cash management, ongoing training, and operational challenges.

Identify and encourage internal career advancement.

Implement company business development strategies within your area.

Ensure compliance with Product & System Operation Procedures to protect the brand and company image.

Requirements:

  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Business-related Diploma/Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple restaurants.
  • Good business sense.
  • Strong people management and communication skills; leads by example.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu.
  • Own transport and willing to travel outstation.
  • Able to work on shifts, long hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Experience in F&B and fast food is an added advantage.
