A leading fast-food chain in Malaysia, Marrybrown, is seeking an Area Manager for the Southern Region to spearhead restaurant openings and oversee performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, relevant experience, and a business degree, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and driving staff success.
Oversee the opening of new restaurants and the performance of existing restaurants within the assigned area. Achieve restaurant team KPIs in people development, customer satisfaction, sales targets, profit & loss targets, etc.
Motivate and support the Restaurant Management Team with staffing, stock management, cash management, ongoing training, and operational challenges.
Identify and encourage internal career advancement.
Implement company business development strategies within your area.
Ensure compliance with Product & System Operation Procedures to protect the brand and company image.
Requirements:
