Kokos is seeking a highly motivated Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets in Klang Valley. The candidate will implement strategic plans to boost sales and profitability, manage and train staff, and ensure consistent operational standards. This dynamic role offers a vibrant workplace dedicated to employee growth and customer service excellence.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business in a specific area.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Training store managers in effective sales and supervisory techniques.
Creating and communicating sales targets at regular intervals, Monitoring sales across stores to check that quotas are met.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across stores, if required.
Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws, regulations, and standards.
Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on area performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
Ensuring that employees observe company protocols.
Collaborating with other Area Managers to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and resources across the organization.
Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
Informing Operation Manager of progress and pitfalls on a regular basis.
Reporting to an Operation Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma/ Business related to relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Ability to work independently and being self-motivated.
Proficiency in English & Bahasa Melayu both spoken and written is required.
Good people management, communication skills and leads by example.
Possess own transport and able to travel outstation (Klang Valley).
Able to work on shift, long hours and to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Those having experience in F&B and fast food field will be an added advantage.
