Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Store Managers to drive performance, uphold HOOGA’s brand standards, and create engaging in-store experiences.
- Ensure consistency in store operations, service delivery, and visual presentation in alignment with HOOGA’s brand values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, VM, Training, Warehouse, etc.) to roll out strategic initiatives and retail campaigns effectively.
- Monitor business performance metrics across stores, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and guidance to Store Managers for continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR to support the development, succession planning, and retention of high-performing retail talent.
- Guide manpower planning, staffing strategies, and scheduling frameworks to ensure optimal store coverage and productivity.
- Facilitate regular store visits, coaching conversations, and business reviews with Store Managers to drive accountability and performance.
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement measures to safeguard the brand’s reputation and commercial objectives.
- Champion a culture of customer-centricity, team collaboration, and continuous learning across the retail network
