A leading global provider of smart devices seeks a Sales Manager in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves achieving sales targets, training retail teams, and developing retailer relationships. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and be proficient in English and Chinese, with a willingness to travel.

• Responsible for achieving the sell-through/out target by executing the overall plan in a specific city.
• Develop new retailers & dealers. Build rapport with retailers, dealers, store managers, and their employees.
• Assist in resolving issues, achieving store coverage rate, and providing training to meet retail store sell-out targets.
• Manage & train the RE and promoter team, ensure punctuality & attendance, set sell-out targets, and ensure achievement.
• Ensure Honor retail stores display POSM, gifts, and live demo units according to brand guidelines to build brand awareness.
• Execute retail promotions/activities to achieve good results.
• Develop area promotion plans to increase sell-out.
• Gather & report customer feedback, competitive activities, and market situation.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
