Area Manager
Job description
a) Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Retail Store (Lim Tayar) which entails the following:
- Housekeeping of the store;
- Manage attendance of staff;
- Coordination of inter-outlets orders and arrangement of goods transfer;
- Vouching of daily procurement of non-stock items for sales, daily sales batch reports, and its collection for depositing to bank.
b) Ensure Sales, Gross Profit, and Expenses achieve target.
c) Schedule on-the-job training for new recruits / unskilled apprentice.
d) Ensure safety measures are in place and adhered to in the workshop area.
e) Manage and control inventory levels and debtors aging.
f) Ensure stores adhere to ISO9001 procedures.
