Job Summary:

• Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
  • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
  • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
  • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
  • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
  • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • Saturday: Morning, Afternoon
• Required 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Expected salary: RM6,000 - RM7,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
2. Conduct regular business reviews, follow up on sales activities, new products, and customer service.
3. Interpret sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities.
4. Actively expand business opportunities.
5. Meet sales, volume, and profitability targets set by management.
6. Collaborate with sales representatives/executives to identify risks and opportunities and develop customer plans.
7. Lead team development, including setting objectives, coaching, providing feedback, and conducting performance appraisals.
8. Provide regular communication and analysis of results to senior management and the field sales team.
